Owners comments...I fell in love with this apartment from the moment I stepped through the door. It needed some serious modernising and TLC, but I saw its potential - with its amazing period features, high ceilings, and wonderful natural light, it was already beautiful. I was also sold on the amount of outside space available and the large private terrace garden belonging to the apartment which is south-west facing and a gorgeous sun trap. Whoever gets to live here next and be a part of this great house’s history will be very lucky indeed.

Area comments...Wick Hill House is peacefully quiet, with the chirp of birds heard above anything else, whilst also being conveniently located for the local supermarket. There is also plenty of parks and woodland trails to explore, with Bracknell Town Centre only a short drive away. Access to the A329 & M4 is quick and simple just a couple of miles away.
